These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Tervika ("we", "us", or "our"), including the application and website (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

Tervika is a tool for designing, visualizing, and building directional signs that show the direction and distance to locations on Earth. The Service allows you to create sign designs, customize materials and dimensions, preview signs in 2D, and export designs for manufacturing.

"As Is" Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TERVIKA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Accounts and Authentication

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Your login credentials are not shared with third parties.

Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

Subscriptions and Payments

Tervika may offer paid subscription plans in the future. Pricing, features, and billing terms will be communicated when such plans become available. Free features may be modified or limited as the Service evolves.

User-Generated Content

By posting content through community features of the Service (such as blogs or forums), you grant Tervika a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, display, reproduce, and share that content in connection with operating and improving the Service. You retain ownership of your content.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms, is harmful, or is otherwise objectionable, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

Feedback and Suggestions

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide regarding the Service may be used freely by Tervika to improve the application. No compensation, attribution, or permission is required for us to use such feedback.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other users' accounts, or any systems or networks connected to the Service.
• Upload, transmit, or distribute any malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, graphics, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by Tervika and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our prior written consent.

Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sweden.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
